The Boulder Jazz Dance Winter Youth Workshop is designed for emerging dance artists ages 7 and up with a multi-disciplinary, three day training schedule that includes educating the mind, body and soul. This is a condensed version of our Summer workshop so younger dancers can have a similar experience with a lower financial and time commitment. The workshop concludes with a performance of repertoire pieces that will be learned in class as well as an option to submit and perform existing work.

Additional Performance Opportunities

Do you have a piece from this past season that you would like to see on stage one last time? Do you have new choreography that needs to hit the stage before the season starts? We have a performance included in our youth workshop. Dancers will not only perform repertoire pieces that they will learn in the workshop, we are accepting 1-3 completed pieces to be included in our performance. To submit your dances, please email a video (it could be just in the studio) of your piece(s) to info@boulderjazzdance.com. We will notify you on which piece(s) are selected two weeks prior to the performance. See below for pricing.

Includes 5 days of classes and 2 repertoire piece in the performance.

Group Performance Piece • $25 per dance/per dance
Duet/Trio Performance Piece • $50 per dance/per dancer
Solo Performance Piece • $75 per dance/per dancerr

You will be notified on which piece(s) are selected two weeks prior to the performance. All dancers must be registered for the workshop in order to perform.
